Growth & Development

Regardless of your role with Valet Living, we’ll encourage you to live our culture of “be better tomorrow.” It means that everyone, at every level, has a chance to achieve reward, recognition, and advancement.

We’re experiencing exceptional growth as a company, which means we can offer new kinds of roles and opportunities for our associates to learn, develop additional skills, and move ahead. And we believe in supporting your growth by promoting associates from within as much as possible.

In addition to our Valet U, an internal program that offers exceptional learning and development courses and tools, you’ll have access to development plans discussed during our monthly Quantum meetings, and mentorship opportunities with our home-grown subject-matter experts.

Valet Giving

We are just as committed to the success of our neighbors as we are to that of our associates. Valet Living supports the communities where we live and work in ways that have transformative impact through a program we call Valet Giving.

Valet Giving Mission Statement

Community involvement and volunteerism are integral components of the culture at Valet Living. Through the Valet Giving program, we are committed to being an active partner in improving the quality of life in the communities in which we live and work. We believe giving back to the community is a “win-win” scenario for both Valet Living and the organizations that we support.

How Valet Living Gives Back

Depending on your role, as a Valet Living associate, you are eligible for up to eight hours of paid time off annually, which we refer to as “volunteer time off.” During the week of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Valet Living celebrates and honors the work, life, and legacy of one of America’s most beloved civil rights leaders by encouraging all associates to volunteer and give back to the communities and causes that matter.

Charities We Support

In addition to the individual causes our associates choose to support, Valet Living provides time, effort, and resources to the following organizations that support our communities:

Benefits

If you need more proof that the difference is in our details, take a look at the comprehensive, flexible set of benefits we provide to our full-time associates and eligible family members. You’ll see that there is truly something for everyone.

Locations/Working Environment

With 7,500+ locations in communities throughout 40 states, Valet Living literally offers opportunities from coast to coast. Depending on your role, interests, skills, and experience, you’re likely to find a role that’s close to ideal—and close to home.

While our part-time Service Valets work outside in the fresh air within the multi-family housing communities we serve, our full-time Sales, Operations, and Corporate associates generally work from home or work a hybrid schedule that may include a combination of work from home and/or in the field or communities we serve.

Meanwhile, our Torch Fitness associates work on site or virtually at the gym/recreational areas within the multi-family housing communities we serve. And our MultiPro Property Solutions associates generally are based at a regional service hub and travel to work in the places where our residents live.
