What You’ll Do
As a Service Valet, you’ll help keep apartment communities clean by collecting bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents’ doorsteps and transporting it to the designated disposal area.
You’ll work independently or with a small team, stay active throughout your shift, and see the impact of your work every night.
Equipment varies by location and may include a collection cart, utility trailer, or open-bed pickup truck. Specific equipment requirements will be listed in each job posting.

What It Takes to Succeed
Success in this role comes down to reliability, consistency, and taking pride in your work. You’ll spend your evenings walking apartment communities, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying bagged trash and recycling, and following established service procedures.
Every route matters because our residents and clients count on us to deliver exceptional service, every door, every night.
That’s what we mean when we say, “The difference is in our details.”

Many of our Service Valets appreciate the independence, predictable evening schedule, and reliable extra income this role provides. The average Service Valet stays with us for about a year, making this more than just a temporary side gig for many associates.
